ABOUT ME

Hello there! Well it’s a pleasure to meet you! I’m Ladele Cochran, The Coach Lady. I'm a Certified Life and Career Coach, Inspirational and Public Speaker, Author, Mentor, and Administrative Operations Expert who is super excited that you stopped by and I am so glad to see you. 

Like many others, covid definitely put a wrinkle in my career plans, and as a Manager, it certainly presented an opportunity to create major changes and I decided that it was time for me to take my career outside of the healthcare environment where I'd dedicated the last 25 years of my career, and managed for the past 15 years. I've spent the majority of my career in operations, practice administration, call center management, project management, and most recently managing as a regional multi-site administrator. 

I recently discovered this amazing path of virtual coaching and business consulting that has allowed me the opportunity to continue to move my career path forward albeit in person or online. This path has opened up a new world for me and has helped me to form an awesome client base and great connections doing what I love, mentoring, training, coaching, and consulting in business and life. 

At Quintessence, we have assembled a first class team of experts committed to helping entrepreneurs and small business owners achieve their goals, and to scale up their businesses. We're currently offering leadership development and support, staff customer service training and support, 

In my personal time, I host a weekly podcast on Anchor and Spotify where I give career and life coaching advice, share tips and tricks, let my hair down and just have an overall good time. Each week I'm joined with some industry friends, my amazing family, and my terrific husband.
